Frozen Movement

This unique photography technique is essentially used to capture a still shot of something moving. In order to achieve this effect, the camera must track every movement of the object by using an extremely fast shutter-speed, this ensures the lack of blur which therefore leads to success. You can most often find this technique used in nature photography (for example a bird in flight) and sports (for example football). It is also a good idea to set your camera onto the continuous shooting mode as this will allow you to take more photographs of the moving object and increase your chances of getting a successful desired shot.
